Property Sales Consultant Expert

Job summary

Open Home Properties LLC is hiring motivated Property Sales Consultants with proven sales experience to assist clients in buying and investing in residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi. Candidates with real estate experience, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of the UAE property market will have an advantage.

Key responsibilities

· Identify and engage prospective buyers and property investors.

· Present available properties and recommend suitable options based on client requirements.

· Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and sales presentations.

· Follow up with leads and manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle.

· Negotiate property prices and transaction terms within company guidelines.

· Maintain updated client information and sales activities in the CRM system.

· Coordinate with developers, listing teams, and relevant departments to facilitate property transactions.

· Stay informed about Abu Dhabi property developments, market trends, and investment opportunities.

· Achieve individual sales targets and maintain consistent sales activity.

Qualifications and requirements

· Proven experience in sales is mandatory, preferably at least 1 year.

· Previous experience in real estate sales, property brokerage, or off-plan property sales is preferred.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently, and close transactions.

· Target-driven attitude with the ability to work in a competitive sales environment.

· Good English communication skills; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.

· Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

· Professional appearance and confidence when dealing with clients.

· Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market, developers, and property projects is an advantage.

· UAE driving licence is preferred.

· Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
